How to Prepare
Arrive Early— At least 15 minutes early before your first ride. This gives us time to show you around the studio, help you set up your bike properly, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident before the lights go down.
What to Bring?
Water Bottle: Important to stay hydrated; we have a water fountain for refills.
Cycling Shoes: Compatible with SPD Cleats, we have shoes available for rent. Your first rental is on us!
What to Wear? — Dress for sweat! Wear form-fitting, breathable activewear. Avoid anything too loose that could get in the way while riding.
Stay Open Minded— Every rider starts somewhere. Your first ride is all about feeling the energy, learning the rhythm, and having fun.
